Had a unit here for 3 years. Where do I start? Only one dolly they keep getting stolen, hint number one. The light continuously goes off while you are inside your unit. I cut my leg on metal the last time this happened because I had to try and make my way out of my unit in total darkness. The AC isn’t great. The manager for the past year is not helpful. I had a roof leak in my unit and he wanted me to file a claim on my insurance. What am I paying for with a storage unit every month if it’s not 4 walls and a roof? Cause it is not security, found a dude roaming around in there one night, it’s not AC or lights, and it’s not access to a dolly! Instead of actually taking the time to educate himself to properly answer me, for his job knowledge, he tells me to “call corporate” . No thanks, how about I get my stuff out and never look back.
