The facility itself is really nice. The staff especially Tyler is the absolute worst! He’s rude and does not know how to talk to Customers. He refers to his staff as “his workers”. It’s been many of times I have been to the office during business hours and he was not there. The office was closed! I had to call another location just to get help. I have been waiting on the corporate office to call me back For 4 days now. Still no call. Jeff was really nice but unfortunately he’s no longer there. If you have any real problems you’re stuck! Tyler is going to Say whatever he feels like you should hear at the time, rather it makes sense or not.
