Arrived today to drop off a rental truck at 1:30 to again find it locked and no one inside. When I called the phone number I was informed they closed the office early for the holiday. Guess I missed the memo on the new holiday of “thanksgiving eve”. Additionally, the lady over the phone who works here was unable to answer any questions I had.

Called the emergency number and they said “sorry this location had to close early, call Penske and figure out another pick up.” Worst experience sitting outside in the heat. They should’ve at least placed a note on the door as courtesy.
